Thank you for shopping at Rev Kev. Please read this shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer free shipping to the United States on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Our products ship from overseas. Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival in their country. Rev Kev is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Rev Kev is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at kevrevd7@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at kevrevd7@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Rev Kev is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

DELAYS
Rev Kev is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, natural disasters, weather conditions or other events outside our control.
